Strips and cubes can be easily made with the original Borner 7mm blade insert. In order to cut cubes, the fruit holder must be rotated 90° after each cut. This insert is particularly suitable for chopping fruit and vegetables for soups, stir-fries and rustic salads.
Simply clean under running water after use.
