With the basic set of the V5 kitchen slicer you can already cut in 4 different thicknesses. At the lowest level, it allows you to cut slices up to 1.2 mm thick, perfect for dishes such as tomato carpaccio.

Thus, the V5 is already the most precise among the Borner kitchen slicers, which can only be topped with additional knife inserts. You can also cut your fruit and vegetables into 4 different sizes of sticks and 2 sizes of cubes. It couldn't be more versatile!
